Shipping & Refund Policy
We want to provide our customers with the best quality products so each Bore Sight Pro is manufactured upon ordering to ensure the best accuracy and performance. This means that the processing of the orders might take up to 5 days. After your order is processed, you’ll receive a OTN (Order Tracking Number). Shipping will take additional 6-20 days to the USA and other countries.
If you received an item that’s damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will happily replace the item at no cost for you. *Please contact us inside the 48 hour period after receiving your package.
Bore Sight Pro does not accept returns or exchanges, once an item has been received it can not be returned.
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost to you for the following reasons: Item arrived damaged, item arrived faulty. Parcels that are lost in transit are not subject to refunds. Additionally, we won’t be able to issue a refund if a customer changes their mind and doesn’t want their order anymore. All order changes/cancellations must be done in the first 24h after placing the order.
We do not issue refunds on clearance items that are listed above 40% due to the reason that we have seasonal sales in which we try to sell out of our current stock before a new model/version arrives.
Customers are advised to enter their address carefully and correctly because Bore Sight Pro will not be held liable for “Returning to Sender” packages. If you think you entered the wrong address or provided some sort of wrong information that could affect the delivery, you’ll need to contact us in the 24h period after placing the order.
If you wish to cancel your order, you will need to write us an email to email@example.com and state the reason for cancellation. Please note that if you ordered an item that’s on clearance sale (meaning stated above) you are not eligible for order cancellation.
